职位职能:供应链主管/专员供应链经理职位描述:一、 工作内容:Initial order management 60%- Gather customer orders from sales and convert them to purchase orders- Schedule and track T&A for stakeholders (sales, designer, merchandisers, packaging, production) to ensure on-time shipment- Identify bottlenecks of order processing and raise solutions- Hold cross-department project meetings and communicate results to sales- Some orders require communication with India/Pakistan factories. Replenishment management 40%- Gather and validate customer forecast, work closely with sales to ensure accurate planning- Collaborate closely with production department to ensure smooth and timely supply of products- Manage agreed inventory targets including safety stock levels- Manage product discontinuation with sales to avoid end of life inventoryKPI includes:Initial order on-time delivery rate, Turn over, EOL, Sales Team and Operation Team Evaluate二、 任职资格:1) Bachelor Degree or above2) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English3) Excellent presentation skill, solid command on Excel and PPT4) Over 5 years experience on supply planning.5) Experience in US Top-Retailers, or a supplier to US Top-Retailers is a plus6) Proactive, able to work under pressure and deal with tough situation
